Hannah takes an individualized and relational approach to help clients develop greater self-compassion and self-awareness. She is currently working towards her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Child and Family Studies, from the University of Guelph. Hannah has years of experience working with adults and youth with complex needs, particularly individuals with ADHD and autism. She emphasizes the importance of taking a trauma and attachment-informed approach with clients. She incorporates a variety of techniques from several modalities, including person-centred therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic theories.
She is also certified in applied suicide intervention (ASIST) and crisis and behaviour intervention (UMAB).
