In our personal practice, we have created unique exercises and tools to help you create a stronger sense of self, familiarize yourself with personal triggers, and, ultimately, make sense of your own anxiety. Anxiety may sometimes look the same, but it’s often different for each one of us.
Recognizing how your anxiety manifests and takes hold of you, is an important step into learning to manage it on a daily basis.

What is a Fingerprint on Anxiety Toolkit?
It is a toolkit with tips, tools & helpful exercies to help you manage your anxiety and mental wellness. All our tools and helpful exercises were designed and developed by our PITC Registered Psychotherapists.
Is it gender or age specific?
The toolkits are not gender specific and are developed for individuals 14 years of age and up.
How do you get one?
You can purchase one online and get it delivered to you or you can pick up it up at our centre location in Toronto, ON (Canada).
How long until it arrives after it's ordered?
Your Fingerprint on Anxiety Toolkit will arrive 1-2 weeks depending on mail services available. Please note, we do not offer express mail at this time.
If you live in the Toronto area, you can pick up your toolkit 24 hours after purchasing (Or send as an email to have it available quicker).
