Books, tools & resources worth sharing
Over the years, our therapists at Psychotherapy in the City have come across plenty of books, tools and resources that have helped shape their work and the conversations they have with clients.
Some are books we recommend time and again. Others are resources we've discovered through our own learning, shared with colleagues or discussed in workshops. We've brought some of our favourites together here.
It's a growing collection of recommendations to help you better understand yourself, make sense of relationships, navigate life's challenges and explore some of the things we talk about in therapy.
We'll keep adding to it as our team discovers new things worth sharing. Hopefully, you'll find something interesting, useful or simply worth a read.
