About the event
Through mindful movement, guided reflection and an immersive sound bath, you'll have the opportunity to release tension, quiet a busy mind and take time to focus on your own wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment.
You'll also discover practical techniques that you can take away and incorporate into everyday life to help manage stress, build resilience and create moments of calm long after the workshop has finished.
This is a free event, that is suitable for all bodies and experience levels. No previous experience is required.

This workshop will be hosted by Montana Skurka
She is an Integrative Therapeutic Practitioner whose work bridges healthcare and the healing arts. Drawing from therapeutic yoga, sound bath meditation, nervous system regulation and patient advocacy, she creates accessible sessions that support resilience, emotional wellbeing, and embodied self-awareness.
