About the event

Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health issues for youth today. We've developed a program specifically designed to help youth feel more in control of their mental health.

Anxiety is normal, but its intensity can sometimes feel overwhelming and unmanageable.

Signs of anxiety in youth:

  • crying a lot

  • constantly worrying about doing well (grades)

  • worry of something horribly going wrong to a loved one
