Parenting Expert Brianna Rodgers will be facilitating a talk for parents looking for ways to support their children and their big emotions. Focusing on the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Parents will have an opportunity to ask questions specific to their own experience for some guidance.

We shouldn't have to feel alone as we navigate this new and difficult time.

About Brianna Rodgers:

Brianna Rodgers is a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about working with parents to learn self-compassion and how to connect with their kids. The majority of Brianna's practice focuses on empowering parents who can feel overwhelmed with their kids' biggest emotions. Brianna utilizes an emotion focused and family systems lens to help parents support their kids. Brianna approaches each client with compassion, knowing what a big step it is to reach out for help.
