About the event
To mark Bell Let’s Talk Week, we’re offering a grounded, accessible session exploring the connection between movement and mental health.
This workshop includes:
• A gentle, trauma-informed yoga practice led by Magz
• A practical, down-to-earth talk with therapists Brooke and Mia on stress, emotional regulation, and supporting your nervous system - especially during the winter months
This is not about pushing yourself or “doing it right.”
It’s about slowing down, understanding what your body and mind need, and leaving with tools you can actually use in everyday life.
