About the event
Feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or emotionally stuck?
This 5-week DBT-informed group is designed to help you strengthen your emotional resilience, improve mindfulness, and develop practical tools for navigating daily stress.
Led by a trained therapist, this group offers a supportive space to learn and practice skills based on dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), which includes staying grounded, responding effectively to difficult emotions, and building self-awareness.
Each 90-minute session includes:
Guided mindfulness exercises
Weekly check-ins and reflection
