Virtual Therapy 

While the risk of COVID-19 in Toronto and surrounding communities is low, our mission is to ensure that all our clients feel safe and protected with how they access services related to their mental health. 


Therefore, we have decided to put the health of our clients first.


As of Monday, March 16, 2020, our sessions will be taking place virtually until further notice.  Virtual therapy has proven to be a resourceful method of continuing the therapeutic process. 


We can imagine this might feel like a big change, but our continuous goal is to help our clients feel safe and secure.

Connecting from Anywhere

Virtual therapy is the delivery of mental health counselling via the Internet. Similar to in-person therapy, online therapy is done in a safe space where confidentiality and privacy continue to be an essential part of the process.

Current or new clients are welcomed to request virtual therapy.
